This is the main part, relating to the self-assessment, and it is the only one needed to start using the CAF etool. The second part deals only with the prioritization of the key improvement actions and the third one contains some appendices related to the internal functioning of the etool and some additional software that (might) be useful for the activities of the CAF users.
