Terms and Conditions for Reels Player

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Reels Player mobile application operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

2. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer. We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.

3. Media Content

Reels Player is an offline video player. We do not host, provide, or own any of the video content you play within the application. You are solely responsible for the media files stored on your device and ensuring that your use of such content complies with applicable copyright laws.

4. Third-Party Services & Ads

The app does use third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.

• Google AdMob: Used for displaying rewarded video advertisements.

• Firebase: Used for remote configuration and database management. By using this app, you also agree to the terms provided by these third-party service providers.

5. Proper Use

You must not use the app in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the app or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the app; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

6. Termination & App Exit

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the app without notice. Please note that this application uses custom exit gestures (side/bottom swipe) designed for user convenience, which will close the application process immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The developer makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.
