Terms & Conditions for Plant Manager

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Plant Manager mobile application operated by Caelum Sette SANCTUARY.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Use of the App

• Purpose: The App is designed to help users track plant care activities (watering, fertilizing, etc.) and provide general botanical information.

• Personal Use: The App is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

• Data Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate botanical data and care schedules, the information is for educational purposes only.

3. Disclaimer of Liability (Critical)

• Plant Health: Plant Manager acts as a guide, not a professional agricultural service. We are not responsible for the health, decline, or death of any plants owned by the user, regardless of whether the care instructions provided by the App were followed.

• Pet Safety: The "Pet Safe" indicators are based on general botanical databases. However, individual animals may react differently to various plants. We are not liable for any illness or injury to pets. Always verify plant toxicity with a qualified veterinarian.

• App Malfunctions: We are not responsible for any data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or technical glitches.

4. Data Storage

• Local Storage: All your data is stored locally on your mobile device. We do not maintain backups on our servers.

• Data Loss: If you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App, all your saved plants and history will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered by us.

5. Advertisements and Third-Party Links

The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob and may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user-provided data), features, and functionality—including but not limited to UI design, logos, and custom Lottie animations—are and will remain the exclusive property of Caelum Sette SANCTUARY.

7. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
