We respect your privacy. Plant Manager is designed to function without requiring you to provide any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.

• Plant Data: All information you enter about your plants (watering schedules, fertilizer dates, plant list) is stored locally on your device using shared_preferences. We do not have access to this data, and it is never uploaded to our servers.

• Permissions: The App may require internet access to fetch configuration data and display advertisements.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Below are the links to the privacy policies of these third-party service providers:

• Google AdMob: Used for displaying advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers (like Android Advertising ID) to serve personalized ads. Google Privacy & Terms

3. Advertising and Consent (GDPR & US State Laws)

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and relevant US State Privacy Laws.

• When you first open the App, you will be presented with a Consent Form (User Messaging Platform SDK) if you are in a regulated region.

• You have the right to accept or decline personalized advertising. If declined, only non-personalized ads will be shown.

4. Local Storage

Since all your plant records are stored on your phone's internal memory:

• Clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App will result in the permanent loss of your saved plant data.

• We cannot recover your data if it is lost, as we do not maintain cloud backups.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our App is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our records.

6. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your information. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable. While we strive to protect your data through local encryption methods provided by the OS, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
