Welcome to FaithCounter. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Use of Service

FaithCounter is a spiritual utility tool designed to help users track their daily recitations, dhikr, and mantras.

• The application is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

• You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all local and international laws.

2. Accuracy of Religious Content

• FaithCounter provides religious texts and recitations for various faiths. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not guarantee that all translations or transliterations are error-free.

• Traditional vs. Suggested Counts: "Traditional" counts refer to established religious practices, while "Suggested" counts are app-provided goals. Users are encouraged to verify practices with their respective religious authorities.

3. Data and Synchronization

• Offline Storage: Your progress is saved on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from app uninstallation or device failure.

• Firebase Sync: By using the app, you agree to allow the synchronization of completion data to our global database. This data is handled anonymously as per our Privacy Policy.

4. Advertisements

• FaithCounter uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

• Users are prohibited from using automated scripts, bots, or any other unfair means to interact with advertisements.

• We do not control the content of the ads shown; they are served dynamically by Google.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the app.

• Use the app to promote hatred, violence, or any illegal activities.

• Manipulate the global completion counts through unauthorized API calls or scripts.

6. Intellectual Property

All app designs, logos, icons (including the metallic religion symbols), and animations are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not use these assets for any other purpose without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of FaithCounter shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to bugs, server downtime, or errors in content.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted within the app or on our official website. Continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app without prior notice if you violate any of these terms.
