CadetsXpert is an educational mobile application designed to help students prepare for cadet college entry tests through interactive multiple-choice quizzes. The app offers both free demo quizzes and a premium section with over 8,700 MCQs covering all relevant subjects. Users can sign in securely with their Google account to access personalized features, track progress, and unlock premium content. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the measures we take to protect your privacy. 

2. Information We Collect:

• Personal Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture (if available) to create and manage your CadetsXpert account.
  
  

• Usage Data: We collect information about your activity within the app, such as quiz results, progress, and the subjects you interact with, to improve your learning experience.
  
  

• Payment Information: All payments for premium content are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your credit or debit card details.
  
  

• No Sensitive Data: We do not request, access, or store sensitive personal information such as your physical location, contact list, messages, or biometric data.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure:

At CadetsXpert, your trust is our priority — we never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may share limited information only in the following situations:

• Google Services: To enable secure Google Sign-In and process payments through Google Play Billing.

• Request Account Deletion: You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at our support email.
  
  

• Sign Out Anytime: You are free to sign out of your account whenever you choose — your access to the app is always in your hands.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app, legal requirements, or privacy practices. Whenever we make updates, we will revise the “Last Updated” date so you always know when the latest version was published.

6. Delete My Account
If you wish to delete your CadetsXpert account and all associated data, please email us at  vyntexai@gmail.com using the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
In your email, include your registered Google account email.
We will process your request within 7 days and confirm via email.

Data deleted: name, email address, profile picture, quiz history.
Data retained: None after deletion.
