Hats and Ladders

Hats & Ladders is still having some issues with their system. They're working on it, but you can still submit a help desk ticket for your specific issue so they can assist. Help Desk Link: https://hatsandladdershelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Please triple check the codes you're using to access these sites and the app. Many supervisors have been using the wrong code on the wrong platform and not using the case sensitive format. They've also been on the youth site opposed to the supervisor site. To access the Hats & Ladders Education Dashboard to see your cadet's work/pull reports, you must go here. https://mydashboard.hatsandladders.com/

All the codes Nicole gave your Lead Counselors must be entered EXACTLY as she typed them, including any symbols - the codes are case sensitive. This goes for both supervisors and cadets. Many cadets haven't been able to get connected because they're using the wrong codes too.

If your cadets are having trouble with hats and ladders please encourage them to also submit a help desk ticket.

When submitting a help desk ticket, you need to answer NO, when asked if You're affiliated with the NYC Summer Youth Employment Program, this way it will not ask them for a Contract ID number. If it does ask you for a Contract ID # please put 000000.

GDYT APP

If you or your youth have an account from last year, try signing in with that email and gdyt22 as the password or their password from last year if they remember. If those do not work have them try the forgot password option to reset it.

If they can get in and it has them assigned under last year's code they can reset this by going to the three little bars in the top right and clicking register for new program. From there they can enter the new group code.

If they are getting a message when logging in saying their username or password is not recognized have them click the sign-up option at the bottom right. From there they will need to enter their group code.
