At Cade’s Tech Cleaning, customer safety and transparency are important. This waiver helps ensure that both the customer and the technician understand the scope of the service and associated risks before any work begins.
Services may include external and internal dust removal, airflow cleaning, and basic inspection of PCs, consoles, and related hardware. No data modification or software changes are performed.
While every effort is made to handle devices carefully, electronic devices may carry pre-existing issues or risks related to age, wear, or prior damage. By agreeing to this waiver, the customer acknowledges these risks.
Cade’s Tech Cleaning is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing damage, hardware failure, or problems unrelated to the cleaning process.
Customers are responsible for backing up any important data prior to service. Cade’s Tech Cleaning does not access, modify, or store customer data.
Every device is handled with care and attention, as if it were our own. Cleaning is performed using appropriate tools and techniques to reduce risk.
