CENTRAL ACTORS

Our organisers come from two different organisations that have a number of key traits in common. Both organisations work with mixed groups of young people from diverse backgrounds, they all work through the medium of leisure activities and they both actively promote laagdrempeligheid. As explained in our methodology section, we decided not to limit ourselves to one organisation but to instead focus on a pool of individuals working at two organisations. This gave us a wide variety of individual perspectives on our research questions and allowed us to look for shared ideas and perspectives relating to motivation, youth, etc. in different yet similar contexts.
