Current clients will receive an updated list of Terms & Conditions via email any time there's a change. By completing the client app, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms & Conditions of our services, and recognize that they are subject to change.
We are NOT in the business of ACT/SAT tutoring... or any TUTORING! Our goal is to optimize the qualitative components of your application, so you put your best foot forward when applying to colleges/scholarships. Do not ask for tutoring.
The "Client App" is an application! We may not choose to take you on as a client.
We do accept clients who have no test scores, or would prefer to apply test-optional. We do ask that if applicable, you provide test scores on the "Client App". Test scores will not be a reason for us to deny you as a client.
ALL information you disclose on the Client App is confidential.
We provide advice, we will NOT make decisions for you. Advice INCLUDES "Essay Suggestions", as well as any communication via video call, email or other messaging platforms. It is YOUR choice if you want to submit test scores, submit optional supplementals, submit under a certain admission plan, etc.
All payments must be made via Cash App by the established deadline. $Cashtag is "$CadenNixt", and is the only place payments will be received.
You will receive a receipt of any payment via email. If you do not receive a receipt the service has not yet been approved.
Pricing for memberships and services is subject to change, and all clients will be notified of these changes via email in a timely manner.
There is no refund on monthly membership fees.
There is no refund for paid services. This includes ALL consultations and any essay suggestions.
An upgrade from Client to Premium Client status must be approved by our team!
To upgrade to Premium Client status, you still must pay the full monthly cost. We will not subtract what you paid as a client for the month from the Premium Client cost.
The cancellation deadline for ALL consultations is 24 hours before your appointment. There is still no refund, but it is subject to be rescheduled.
Late cancellations will result in a +$10 charge/fee each time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation.
You may have NO guests during your consultations, including parents/guardians. The appointment will be ended immediately, and your status as a client will be evaluated.
Essay suggestions are on a FIRST-PAID, FIRST-SERVED basis for clients(Premium Clients get priority). It can take up to 7 days to receive essay suggestions for both Clients and Premium Clients.
No asking confidential details about Caden's admissions experience or personal life. Not only is it an invasion of privacy, but it does not pertain to your personal journey or success.
Dress appropriately and use appropriate language during consultations.
We will not tolerate inappropriate conduct or harassment.
We reserve the right to terminate your status as a current client at any point. There will be no refunds.
We reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions, which all current and prospective clients must abide by.
