As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be our initial point of contact for our customers. For those that engage with Caddy for the first time, it’s our responsibility to give them a great first impression. This is a vital role that sets the tone for what to expect here at Caddy! A Customer Experience Representative is responsible for making sure our customers are taken care of in whatever fashion they choose to engage with us. Our industry is known for subpar customer service, and we aim to flip that status quo on its head with fast and over-the-top friendly customer communication. Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and adherence to policies and procedures are a must to excel in this position. Previous experience in moving, customer service, or call centers is preferred. Total onboarding and training will take two weeks with a final decision for hire thereafter.
