Cäcilia Lipowski

Welcome! I am a researcher at the Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) Mannheim in the department Labour Markets and Social Insurance and a PhD candidate at Utrecht University School of Economics. I am an applied micro economist with a focus on labor economics, in particular technological change, skill change, and labor shortages.

I will join the ifo Institute as leader of a  Junior Research Group in fall 2024.
