 🇻🇳 Day-1 (27 Nov, Thu) 

Travel to South Vietnam & begin the trip by an exotic Scooter Food Tour

• Our trip starts from the southern city of Vietnam, Saigon, also called as Ho Chi Minh City. 

• Arrive any time before 3 pm in Ho Chi Minh Airport on 27 Nov (Thu).

• In case you are arriving before 2 pm, you can keep your luggage at the hotel lobby, and we can explore the town until check-in.

• Evening, we will be going on a 3-hour guided Street Food Tour on scooters. This is one of the highlights of our trips in Vietnam.

Fly to Central Vietnam | Night at Hoi An

• In the afternoon, we will fly from Ho Chi Minh city to Da Nang and then proceed to Hoi An - City of Lanterns.

• We'll be staying at a homestay in Hoi An to enjoy a more localized experience of Vietnam.

 🇻🇳 Day-3 (29 Nov, Sat) 

Day at the Graceful & Historic Hoi An

• Explore Hoi An in the evening when the town is at its most enchanting. This place is ridiculously photogenic. Take pictures of the most colorful lantern street and give yourself a culinary treat. The street food of Hoi An is very different from other places in Vietnam.

• We will be renting scooters for the entire day (1 scooter for 2 persons), to explore Hoi An in our own pace.

• Next, we’ll enjoy a thrilling coconut basket boat ride – one of the must-do experiences in Hoi An.

• Night stay at a homestay in Hoi An.

 🇻🇳 Day-4 (30 Nov, Sun) 

Night at the glamorous & Insta perfect French town - Ba Na Hills

• Today we will be visiting Ba Na hills - can also be called as the Disney Land of Vietnam - situated on a mountain top. What's more exciting is, we will be staying in the only Resort located in this mountain top (not a standard inclusion in any usual touristy itinerary).

• Imagine getting transported to a hill station by a cable car. You will witness waterfalls, rivers, mountains - all below your cabin of the cable car. This will be most exotic ride you will ever take. It holds the world record for the longest nonstop single-track cable car ride, at over 19,000 feet in length.

• This is a theme park that takes you into the center of a charming (and very Epcot-like) French village, famous golden bridge, aka the “Hand Bridge”, complete with French Gothic-style cathedral, French restaurants, cobblestoned streets, and the 5-star Mercure Danang French Village Hotel, where we will stay the night.

• After breakfast from Hoi An, we will proceed by a van to the foothills of Ba Na. Once entry formalities are over, we will be taking the cable car ride towards the French village located high up in the mountains with our luggage.

• Once we reach Ba Na hills, we will check in into our hotel (2pm). Freshen up, and we will be provided with a map of the park. 

• We will be here for two days, but its too less of a time to explore this place completely. The golden hand bridge, the iconic structures, the cable car rides from place to place, the maze gardens, and more.

• By evening the day tourists will leave the hills, and you have all the hills for yourself.

• We will get together at the temperature-controlled swimming pool to end the day and for some fun time.

More of Bana Hills and Train Journey to Ninh Binh

• Morning sunrise stroll in this beautiful hill. Be the first one to visit the golden hand bridge before anyone comes.

• Enjoy a lavish English breakfast.

• Take the most fabulous roller coaster rides.

• By afternoon - watch one of the most extra ordinary shows by French artists.

• Bid goodbye to Ba Na Hills, board the cable car and depart to the countryside of Vietnam - Ninh Binh.

• By evening, we will do something which might be the first time for most of you - taking an overnight train journey in a foreign country. Yes, we are travelling by an AC train with Sleeper berths to Ninh Binh. These unique elements in our itinerary truly make it offbeat and memorable. 

• The trains in Vietnam are a bit different than ours in India. We will have our dinner in the restaurant which is located inside the train. But guess what: trains are expensive than flights in Vietnam. But we have included it in our package.

 🇻🇳 Day-6 (02 Dec, Tue) 

Cave boating - A Kong Island experience

• Ninh Binh is one of the lesser explored areas of Vietnam. This place has impressive natural landscape and to ride around your scooter in this place is the most peaceful experience.

• If time permits, we will be riding our scooter to reach the foothills of Hang Mua in the morning after breakfast to climb the top. The view is worth the climb! Only if time permits and if there is no rain.

• Post lunch, we will take a boat ride in Trang An. Trang An Grottoes was recognized as natural and cultural heritage by UNESCO in 2014. This boat ride explores around 9-10 caves, long and short, light and dark caves. Just imagine the exhilarating experience of navigating through a cave by a boat.

• Night stay in a homestay in Ninh Binh.

Towards Hanoi and further to Sapa

• After breakfast, we will travel from Ninh Binh to Hanoi. 

• Rest of the evening we will spend time on shopping at the Old Quarter.

• Hanoi is a great place to shop for branded clothes, shoes, and exotic foods. We know where to find the best deals in all of Vietnam.

• Let's go on a fun food spree, trying out some delicious street foods from Korea and Japan. Or you may explore the city for shopping.

• By night, we'll board an overnight sleeper train to Sapa.

Adventure in Sapa

• Arrive in Sapa and kickstart your adventure with the Muong Hoa Scenic Train, which takes you to the Fansipan cable car station. 

• Proceed further to the top on the Funicular Mountain Train for panoramic views. Once at the top, you’re greeted with sweeping mountain ranges, clouds drifting below you, and the sense of standing on the ‘Roof of Indochina'.

• Return to your scenic accommodation in Sapa for a restful evening.

• Meals which are not mentioned in the itinerary are excluded. (You will need approx. ₹1,200 per day).

• Any personal transport expenses for places not mentioned in itinerary.

• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, landslides, floods and/or any factors beyond control. If flights get cancelled due to weather, we will arrange alternative stay at minimal cost.

🏯 General Info:

 Basics: 

• Total number of slots: 15

• Age group: 18 to 45

• A valid Indian Passport with at-least 6 months validity is required to get Vietnam Visa.

• Visa arrangements will be done by CAC, and cost is included in the package cost.

• Gender ratio: We will ensure that there is a min of 40% female participants.

• First preference for solo participants. We will accept only one couple for the entire group. However, there will be an additional sur-charge for couples requesting for a Double bedroom (₹9,000 per head).

• Group registrations of more than 3 persons will most likely get rejected.

• Please note that there could be small changes in the itinerary due to local restrictions, and suitable alternative plans will made in such cases.

• All activities are subject to weather and local rules.

• If for any reason your visa is rejected by Vietnam Immigration, we will provide the complete refund of the trip cost paid by you.

• We will assist you to get your currency exchanged before your travel.

 Flights: 

• We will try to travel together from India. At the time of confirmation, we will let you know which flights needs to be booked, so that the entire team travels together. We can help you if you really need any flight booking assistance.

• Please note: Landing airport is Ho Chi Minh City (SGN), departing airport after the trip is from Hanoi (HAN). Please note you will have to land / depart only from these airports, as your Visa will be taken accordingly.

• Please book flights only after you receive the flight booking detailed info document from CAC.

 Accommodations: 

• All accommodations are 3 sharing, sometimes 4 sharing in bigger rooms.

• Couples can request for double sharing and can be provided at an extra cost (₹9,000 per head).

 Food: 

• Vegetarian food will be hard to find in most places. But we will try to get Vietnamese veg food arranged for you. However, vegetarians must carry some ready-to-eat food packets from India.

• All the eateries will have chopsticks only and it's hard to find a fork and spoon. Please carry fork and spoon if you don't want to use chopsticks.

• Please note, we will strictly NOT visit any Indian Restaurants and waste our time. We expect all those who join us to enjoy Vietnamese local food.

• Some of the places in the itinerary where we will be travelling are very rarely visited by Indians. And chances of Indian food are almost NIL. 

 Be a responsible traveler: 

• Remember we are visiting another country, and it is important to respect local traditions and culture. Be kind to everyone and keep your valuables and passport safe.

 Baggage Restrictions: 

• In Vietnam local flights, strictly you are allowed to carry only one piece of checked-in baggage. It should not weigh more than 15kgs. Backpacks/Rucksack preferable than trolleys. You may carry an additional small handbag (cabin-bag) weighing strictly max 7kgs.

• Please let us know if you have any concerns on the baggage rules.

 Payment details: 

• Confirm your spot with an initial payment of ₹20,000 and it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If you wish to join the optional Ha Long Bay Cruise, you need to make an initial payment of ₹41,000 (Standard advance ₹20,000 + Total cost of Cruise ₹21,000).

• Option to pay advance amount through credit cards / wallets are also possible. Do request us at the time of payment.

• Balance payment to be settled during the trip in US Dollars.

• Payment details will be shared if you are shortlisted for the trip.

• We do have EMI option, but there will be processing fee and interest.

 Registration & Selection Process:

• Invitation and Selection Process: Once you register, shortlisted participants will receive an official invitation to join the trip along with details for making the advance payment. Please note that the selection process is solely at the discretion of Coimbatore Adventure Club. If all slots are filled, we will notify you and place you on a waitlist.

• Advance Payment: Shortlisted participants will receive advance payment instructions. Your slot for the trip will be confirmed only upon successful payment of the advance.

• Flight Tickets: After your advance payment is processed and confirmed by us, you may proceed to book your flight tickets.

• Note: Registering for the trip via the provided link does not guarantee a slot. Confirmation is subject to the selection process and availability of slots.

 Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation by participant:

• • Advance paid during trip confirmation is strictly non-refundable at any circumstances, as we group book the transports, accommodations and activities. Also note that the advance payment will strictly be not transferrable to someone else or to a future trip, in case you are not joining the trip.

  • Cancellations made within 15 days of the trip require participants to cover 75% of the total trip cost, since most bookings are confirmed and non-refundable by this stage. You will be required to settle the applicable amount. Please note that non-compliance may affect your eligibility for future trips with CAC.

  • Exception: A refund of the advance will be provided only in the case of a visa rejection by the Vietnam Embassy.

Cancellation due to unforeseen situations beyond our control:

• In the event of trip cancellations due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, political unrest, or government-imposed restrictions)—essentially, any situation beyond CAC’s control—cancellation charges up to ₹2,000 will be non-refundable. The remaining amount can be fully transferred to rescheduled dates or applied to any other trip of your choice.

• Coimbatore Adventure Club reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip at any time if they engage in any illicit or inappropriate behavior. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all travelers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
