You’ll trek to breathtaking waterfalls, explore the historic Rajmachi Fort, and walk through the dark beauty of Andharban, the "Dark Forest."

No boring sightseeing; just raw nature, adventure, and like-minded explorers. If you love the idea of waking up to misty mountains and ending your day under a sky full of stars, this trip is for you.

🌳Day 0 - (Sat, 28-Jun-25):

Arrival in Pune by flight

Welcome to Pune! Upon arrival, we’ll transfer to our hotel, where we can relax and recharge before the adventure begins.
Next few days are going to be all about nature, thrill, and breathtaking landscapes!

🌳Day 1 (Sun, 29-Jun-25)

Malshej Ghat - Maharashtra’s scenic beauty

Wake up, fuel up, and buckle up ; we’re heading towards Malshej Ghat, one of Maharashtra’s most scenic monsoon destinations!
The drive itself is a treat, with misty mountains, lush green valleys, and cascading waterfalls lining the route.
Upon arrival, check in and take in the fresh mountain air. The evening is all about unwinding in nature. Sit back, sip on some chai, and let the beauty of Malshej work its magic!

🌳Day 2 (Mon, 30-Jun-25)

Journey into Aadrai Jungle

Today, we step into a land lost in time - Aadrai Jungle, a hidden paradise tucked away in the Western Ghats.
This trek takes us through dense forests, past whispering streams, and towards the magnificent Kalu Waterfalls (subject to permissions), a hidden gem for nature lovers and adventure seekers.
Keep your eyes open cuz you'll never know what surprises the jungle has in store!
After soaking in the beauty of Aadrai, we head to Lonavala for the night.

🌳Day 3 (Tue, 1-Jul-25)

Adventure Into the Past: Rajmachi Fort trek

History meets adventure as we trek to Rajmachi Fort, a stunning fortress that has stood the test of time.
The trail is a perfect blend of rugged terrain and breathtaking views, leading us to ancient ruins.
After a day of exploring, we continue our journey into the mysterious Andharban Forest.

🌳Day 4 (Wed, 2-Jul-25)

Into the Heart of Darkness: Andharban Dark Forest Trek

Welcome to Andharban, where the sun barely peeks through the thick jungle canopy, and the mist makes everything look straight out of a fantasy film!
This “Dark Forest” trek is pure magic with hidden waterfalls, misty trails, and breathtaking valley views. As we walk through the shaded pathways, it’s easy to forget the outside world exists!
After an unforgettable day in the heart of the Sahyadris, we head back to Pune.

🌳Day 5 (Thu, 3-Jul-25)

Departure from Pune

Bid farewell to Maharashtra as you depart for your return journey.

Flight cost
All food & beverages costs
Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, landslides, floods and/or any factors beyond control.

Payment Terms:

Confirm your spot with an initial payment of Rs.5,000.
Balance payment to be settled during the trip to the trip leader.
Advance payment can be made through credit cards.

🧗General Info:

Basics:

▪️ Total number of slots: 16

▪️ Age limit: 18 - 40

▪️ Trek Difficulty: Easy for regular trekkers, Medium for first timers.

▪️ First preference to solo participants.

▪️ Couples welcome, but your accommodation will be along with others in the group (separate for men/women).

▪️ Group booking will NOT be accepted.

▪️ Accommodation type will be either cottage rooms, dormitories, campsite and rustic resort very close to nature.

▪️ Common restroom in Dormitories and Campsite.

Transportation:

We will be using self-drive cars for our trip, with each vehicle accommodating up to four people.
The cost mentioned covers the fuel expense of each car.

Flight:

Land in Pune airport (PNQ) anytime before 11pm on 28th Jun.
Depart from airport (PNQ) before 5am on 3rd July.

Note: Airport transfers are included in the cost given that you are travelling in the flights we have mentioned. If you are travelling in a different flight with a different timing, you will have to barre the cost.

Selection Process:

1. Registration: If you are interested in joining this trip, please complete your registration by clicking the link provided at the end of this itinerary.

2. Invitation and Selection Process: Once registered, shortlisted participants will receive an official invitation to join the trip along with details for making the advance payment. Please note that the selection process is solely at the discretion of the Coimbatore Adventure Club. If all slots are filled, we will notify you and place you on a waitlist.

3. Advance Payment: Shortlisted participants will receive advance payment instructions. Your slot for the trip will be confirmed only upon successful payment of the advance.

Important Note: Registering for the trip via the provided link does not guarantee a slot. Confirmation is subject to the selection process and availability of slots.

Important Notice:

Coimbatore Adventure Club reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip at any time if they engage in any illicit or inappropriate behavior. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all travelers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation Policy:

1) Cancellation by participant:

Advance paid during trip confirmation is strictly non-refundable at any circumstances. Also note that the advance payment will strictly be not transferrable to someone else or to a future trip, incase you are not joining the trip. Incase a participant cancels at the last moment (within 48 hours of trip starting time), they will be requested to settle the balance trip cost.

2) Cancellation due to unforeseen situations beyond our control:

In the event of trip cancellations due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, political unrest, or government-imposed restrictions), any situation beyond CAC’s control, Rs.2000 will be non-refundable. However, the balance amount can be fully transferred to rescheduled dates of the same trip or applied to any other trip of your choice (Please note: Strictly no refunds will be made).
