Via Phone - Our focus is our clients and their experience in the salon therefore whilst carrying out client services our salon phone is not answered however we do have an answerphone. If a stylist is free, we will ensure your call is answered however If you do reach our answer phone, please leave your name, number and a brief description of your enquiry and someone will get back to you.

Please ensure you have read the salon policy before booking an appointment. Deposits and patch tests are required.
Cash or Bank transfer
Deposits
Our stylists and therapists are all self employed. When booking a large service appointment (mainly colours) they will require a booking fee. The booking fee will be taken to secure your appointment and that amount will be deducted from your final service cost. The booking fee is non refundable and if an appointment is rearranged, cancelled or you don't attend the appointment, the booking fee will be lost.
Late Arrivals
To respect the time of other clients and the stylist/beauty therapist, we ask you arrive on time to your appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 mins late will forfeit their appointment, their booking fee and a charge may occur to rebook. It is ultimately up to the stylist/therapists discretion.
No Shows
If you don't attend your planned appointment without letting us know, you will owe the stylist/therapist the full service cost before being able to rebook any further appointments. You will also forfeit your booking fee. No shows are very frustrating. Our staff are self employed and not only does this effect our income, but we also miss the chance to offer the appointment to other clients.
Late Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment we respectfully ask for 48 hours notice. Booking fee's at Cabello are non refundable therefore you will forfeit the booking fee if you cancel. Late cancellations within 48 hours require a 50% fee of the service total. Cancellations within 24 hours will require a 100% service fee payment.
Refunds & Complaints
All services are non refundable. If you are not satisfied with the work performed we ask that you let the stylist/therapist know within 48 hours. We will require photo evidence if possible, or we can arrange a visual inspection. If agreed there is a fault on our part we will make every effort to correct any problems by scheduling an appointment as soon as possibly to rectify. The issue must be a mistake on the stylist/therapists behalf, not something you have chosen and then changed your mind about. We will also not accept responsibility if you have not been using the correct aftercare. If we can see you have tried to rectify yourself, or have been to another professional within this time frame your warranty is void and we will not be able to rectify the issue for you. Corrective services will not be considered after 48 hours post service.
New Clients
Patch testing is required for all new clients having a colouring service. Without a patch test your service will not be able to go ahead. We ask new clients to pop in 48 hours prior to their service for a patch test. When booking your appointment we make you aware of this, therefore it is your responsibility to pop in. If you have forgotten, the stylist may charge a cancelation fee to rearrange your appointment.
Existing Clients
If we have not seen you within 6 months a patch test is required. If you see us regularly, but have had a change in your medical history/are taking new medications/are pregnant/have had covid, a new patch test will be needed please. We will not be held responsible for any clients who react as a result of not updating the stylist.
