The entire area is for the exclusive use of guests, the location guarantees complete privacy and a relaxing experience, an ideal place for rest and relaxation, with the possibility of reaching in a few tens of minutes  important art cities as Padua, Venice, Verona and last but not least Lake Garda.

Entrance is via an independent private road that leads to the top on which is located the house, the large garden and parking area. Admiring the external finishes in natural stone and wood, the surrounding environment and the panoramic view, you have the feeling of being in a mountain cabin.

The house is on two levels.

On the ground floor, the open space consists of a dining area, large kitchen, island with adjustable stools, wood-burning fireplace. On the same level there is also the bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer.

Going upstairs you enter a spacious loft with a double bed.

The whole interior is finished with wooden beams and frescoes on the walls, which combined with a precious glass chandelier and marble table create a refined and valuable environment.

Outside, a large garden leads onto a belvedere with table and seating, suspended over the valley and the plain below, from which you can admire a fabulous panorama
