This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when using the Cabe application.

By using the application, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

Use of the application requires account creation and authentication. Anonymous use of the app is not available.

To enable authentication and account access, we collect:

• Name (if provided)

• Email address

• Unique User Identifier (UID)

These data are processed through Firebase, operated by Google.

2.2 Financial Data

All financial data entered into the application (transactions, amounts, categories, accounts, and financial records):

• Are stored exclusively on the user’s device

• Are not transmitted to the developer’s servers

• Are not shared with third parties

• Are not used for advertising purposes

The developer does not have direct access to users’ financial information.

2.3 iCloud Backup

If the user enables device backup, app data may be stored in the user’s iCloud account in accordance with Apple’s privacy policies.

The developer does not have access to data stored in iCloud.

2.4 Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics to collect limited usage information such as:

• App interactions

• Usage events

• General device information

• App instance identifiers

This information is used solely to:

• Improve performance

• Fix bugs

• Enhance features

• Understand app usage patterns

Important:

Analytics data does not include financial information entered by users.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Login and analytics data may be processed by:

• Google (Firebase and Analytics services)

• Apple (iCloud, when backup is enabled)

4. Data Retention

• Account data is retained while the account remains active.

• Users may request account deletion at any time.

• Financial data is removed when the app is deleted (unless backed up via iCloud).

• iCloud data retention follows Apple account policies.

5. User Rights

Depending on applicable laws (including Brazilian LGPD and certain U.S. state laws such as CCPA), users may:

• Request access to their account data

• Request correction

• Request account deletion

• Withdraw consent

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect data, including:

• Encrypted communication

• Secure Firebase infrastructure
