July 2-6, 2019 IISER Bhopal
The first National Conference on Commutative Algebra and Algebraic Geometry was held at Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Kodaikanal during February 1998. It was decided that these conferences called 'CAAG' would be organized in every two years. Find more about the past CAAGs here.
The main aim of this conference is to provide a platform for the young researchers in Commutative Algebra and Algebraic Geometry in India. It will bring together senior and young researchers for exchange of ideas and collaborations. Young researchers will also get a chance to interact with some international experts to update with the latest developments.
The 2019 edition of CAAG will be held at IISER Bhopal during July 2-6, 2019. It is funded by National Board for Higher Mathematics (NBHM).
As a general practice, the participants are expected to arrange their own travel expenses. Local hospitality would be provided by the organizers.
