Tips: Remember the location of Abenobashi Station Bus Stop. The return bus to ITM will likely depart from the same stop. Observe that the bus stop has a small "ITM" sign.
Walk east along the street for 200-300 meters. You will need to cross a pedestrian bridge. Near a large building with the sign "MIO", you will find JR Tennoji Station.
Tips: If you are in front of "Kintetsu" Station, you will need to cross the street using the nearby crosswalk to reach JR Tennoji Station.

At JR Tennoji Station, purchase a 190-yen ticket at a blue vending machine of JR.
Tips: In JR, green vending machines are for express tickets, while blue vending machines are for non-express tickets. The vending machines should have an English language option.
Go through the ticket gate at the East Exit of JR (by inserting your ticket into the machine). Board a "Local" train on the "Hanwa" Line (Tennoji is the starting station of Hanwa line). It almost always departs from platform 8, but check the electronic board to confirm. Local trains depart every 15-20 minutes.
Get off at Sugimotocho Station. If the door doesn't open automatically, press the "open" button next to the door. This ride takes around 15 minutes.
Tips: There is no elevator from the platform at Sugimotocho Station. If you need wheelchair access, consult a station officer at JR Tennoji Station.
At Sugimotocho Station, exit through the East Exit. From there, you can see the campus surrounded by trees.

After passing through the "Central Exit" ticket gate, turn left and go up the stairs next to the South Exit to access the pedestrian bridge.
The pedestrian bridge spans a large intersection of two major roads. Cross diagonally to the southwest. Once off the bridge, walk 30 meters west.
The bus stop is in front of a FamilyMart (a convenience store; there are many of them). The bus stop should have a small "ITM" sign.
