CA Desk is a smart CA-client management app where Chartered Accountants can efficiently manage their clients' data, documents, and updates — while clients can securely log in using their mobile number to access real-time information shared by their CA.
Our app requests the following permissions to support essential features:
Internet Access
This permission is required to connect to the internet and access PDF files or other attachments that are uploaded by users to database via our website. These files are displayed within the app for viewing.
Storage Access (Write, only on older Android versions)
This permission may be requested on Android 9 (API 28) and below to:
Download attachments (such as PDFs) from our database to the user's device.
Allow users to share those files through other apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Gmail, etc.).
We do not collect, read, or access any personal files or media on your device. All storage access is limited to the files provided through our platform.
We only collect the information that users provide during the sign-up process. This may include:
Name
Email address
Mobile number
Pan number
CA Membership Number
We do not collect any passwords, sensitive personal data, or background activity. All user data is stored securely in our database, and is used solely to provide core features of the app.
We do not collect data from your device (such as contacts, location, or media), and we do not share your data with any third-party services.
We use the information provided during sign-up to verify your account and check your subscription status.
If your subscription is inactive, the app may offer a redirect to our website to complete your subscription.
