At C4JUMP we have two rules:

1) Be safe! and 2) Have serious fun!

C4JUMP prides itself on offering tours and canyoning with the best logistics and safety procedures in the industry. Our guides and staff are well trained in emergency situations and take your safety very seriously. You will be required to sign a liability waiver in order to participate in this type of tour.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before departure time and will be refunded 100%. Between 48 and 24 hours prior, a 50% penalty will apply. Cancellations received 24 hours or less in advance are subject to a 100% penalty. No-shows are penalized at 100%.

Modification policy

Modification requests are subject to availability. If a date change cannot be accepted, our cancellation conditions will apply..
