Session 1 - Thy Kingdom Come
What’s your name, and where are you from? What brought you to this conference?
What’s one thing you love about your home church?
What is one key takeaway for you from the conference so far?
Where do you see glimpses of God’s Kingdom in your everyday life?
Session 2 - Every Nation, One Kingdom: Living the Gospel in a Multicultural World
How can we discern when our cultural traditions support the gospel and when they might hinder it? What cultural norms in your nation do you think represent the gospel and which might hinder it? Mark 7:8 “You have let go of the commands of God and are holding on to human traditions”
What does it practically look like to live as “One kingdom” while still honouring diversity among nations and cultures? Revelation 7:9 “After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb.”
How can the church model unity in a multicultural world where division and tribalism are so common?
What are some of the “Tribes” in your city and what, practically could you do to further “One kingdom”? Ephesians 2:14-16 “For He himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and had destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility.”
In what ways might our personal preferences or backgrounds unintentionally compete with kingdom values and how can we realign them with the gospel? (You may want to pray together at this point). Romans 14:17 “For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.”
Session 3: The Spirit & The Structure: Aligning Administration with Kingdom Purpose
Have you ever seen administration make a big difference in the life of a church or ministry? What happened?
Acts 6 shows that Spirit-filled people were chosen for practical tasks — how does that challenge the way we think about “behind the scenes” roles?
What part of kingdom purpose excites you most — in your own life, in your church, or in your community?
Good communication is essential in ministry — what’s one example of when clear communication helped (or unclear communication hurt) in your experience?
Trust between leaders and those who serve alongside them is vital — what helps you build trust in a working relationship?
Of the characteristics of a good administrator (Spirit-filled, trusted, serving heart, proactive, teachable), which one do you most want to grow in personally, and why?
Session 4 - Seasons in the Kingdom: Biblical Wisdom for Every Stage of Life
What is the best characteristic of wisdom that works in every season of life?
If I have discovered I have not used wisdom in this season of my life, what should I do?
If I have discovered I have not used wisdom in a past season of life, what should I do?
Why is serving an important aspect of every season of life?
What is one key takeaway from this session you can apply to this season of life?
Session 5 - Discipleship in a Digital World: An Ancient Path in the Age of Algorithm
What is one key takeaway from this session?
What is one resource / book / tool / AI prompt that has helped you grow in your walk with the Lord in the last few years?
What is an essential part of your daily Christian walk that is better without technology?
Are you currently discipling and/or being discipled by someone else?
How does discipleship work in your local church?
How can you push past the "ease of using tech" to pursue authentic relationships?
