MEDIATION STRATEGIES: Have you selected the right kind of mediation strategies? Have you processed the information and used it to create a new text? Are you helping the listener to understand?
ORGANISATION AND ACCURACY: Is the text coherent and easy to follow? Is it fluent? Is the language used correctly? Is the pronunciation clear and intelligible?

During your last phone call with them, your friend expressed concern about the possibility of her children becoming victims of cyberbullying. You have just read an interesting article about this, so decide to send your friend a voice message with the most relevant information.
