We are a Painting business based in Winchester, Virginia. Our mission is to supply customers and the people with the magic of transforming a house to the desired imagination. Our methods of painting and our Quality of pain ensures that you, the customer, get only the highest quality paint while also getting quick and perfect work.  We offer a variety of work including the following for Interior: Walls, Trim, Baseboard, Ceiling, Door, Window material and etc. We do also offer Exterior services as such:  Columns, Fence, Outdoor Window, Brick siding, Decks, Shelters, and etc. We offer endless possibilities to bring color into your life and to express yourself through these colors. 

Our business was created in 2020, we have over a decade of experience in painting from many of our different workers. We have served many customers in many different counties including Frederick, Clarke, Loudoun, Warren, Fauquier, and etc. Our business originally started as two business merged into one with one side being Painting and the other being cleaning. This Year we are excited to announce the opening of our new business ApexClean Solutions, and this C&R Painting will solely focus on now only Painting. With this we bring forth the same quality and service we had previously brought with now only two separate businesses. Our business has been always focused on quality of work over quantity, we like to ensure the customer our full focus and not overload our workers with work to guarantee 100% honest and adequate work. Our means of operation is on a personal level, our owner comes personally to come give a free estimate to our customers to ensure that every one feels just as important! Our workers make sure to give friendly energy and enthusiasm from the estimate to the completion of the job. Our projects range from Commercial projects to Residential projects as well to showcase that our company can handle all the massive projects and all the delicate projects. My name is Alicia Cedillo and I am one of the co-owners, my husband is the other co-owner and he is responsible for all of the painting of the business. I am responsible for setting all of the estimates, having our schedule made so there are no mistakes, and controlling all the finances and the money flow of the business. I will be the one you talk to when you call the first number below, and I will set up your estimate through call or through our google form.
