My research interests are auction, market  and mechanism design, as well as antitrust and trade policy. My research has been published in leading international journals, including the American Economic Review, the Journal of Competition Law & Economics, the European Competition Journal, and Games and Economic Behavior.

I am currently Chief Economist at Global Dairy Trade.  Before that, I was a Director in the Global Antitrust & Competition Practice of NERA Economic Consulting.

I obtained a PhD in economics from the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, a Masters degree in economic theory and econometrics from the Toulouse School of Economics and a BA in economics from the University of Cambridge (King's College).
