Collaborative creator with over 12 years of experience designing and delivering
instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
My Background
I started my career as an English teacher and have since worked with adult learners and students from Pre-K to 12th grade. I earned my Master's of Library Sciences from the University of North Texas and was selected as one of 20 librarians in the state of Texas to participate in the 2016 Texas Accelerated Library Leaders Institute.
Throughout my career, I have been passionate about the effective use of instructional technology and have had the opportunity to pilot devices and apps, write technology plans, and present at local, regional, and state levels.
As I became aware of instructional design and elearning development, I knew that my skills, passions, and experience would be a great fit for the field. I love to help build the capacity of others, especially as we navigate the challenges and opportunities presented by remote and blended learning.
