I am an economist and currently Director of the Department of Monetary and Financial Statistics at the Central Bank of Paraguay. Previously, I was a Lecturer in Economics at Newcastle University Business School.

My research interests include macroeconomics, economic growth, structural change, and monetary policy. I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Barcelona.
