About the Project
By Youth For Youth conversation cards are a project made in partnership with The Cove and the Prevention and Education team at the Advocacy Center for Crime Victims and Children in Waco, TX. All of the art was made by high school students at The Cove, and the questions were created by youth and Advocacy Center staff.
Our hope is that you would use these cards as conversation starters with friends, classmates, teammates, and family to begin thinking critically about what makes relationships (of any kind) healthy and unhealthy.
For information about getting a physical deck of cards (in both English and Spanish) or general information about violence prevention at the Advocacy Center, email Aleigh Ascherl (Prevention and Education Director) at aascherl@advocacycntr.org. You can also find general information about the Advocacy Center at advocacycntr.org.

Other projects of the Advocacy Center include Table Topics -- a conversation card deck designed for use in families of any age to foster communication, growth, and connectedness -- and Real-ationship Goals Podcast, which you can find anywhere you listen to podcasts, such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Anchor, and more.
