This is an website for Energy Materials & Applications Laboratory (EMAL) led by Prof. Byung Gon Kim in Department of Applied Chemistry at Kyung Hee University. We aim to understand electrochemical reactions in the diverse next generation battery systems such as Li-metal, Li-O2, Li-S, All-solid-state, and Aqeous to resolve technological challenges and improve battery performance.
