Milestones
Objective: The first 90 days are crucial for integrating you into the company culture through continuous learning, regular feedback, and goal setting.
Our process for the first 90 days is an important time for getting to fellow employees, managers, the tasks involved in the position, and becoming familiar with Byerly RV's products and services.
Your supervisor or manager will work closely with you to help you understand the needs and process of your job.
This introductory period is a try-out time for the employee and Byerly RV. During this introductory period, Byerly RV will evaluate employees' suitability for employment and employees can evaluate Byerly RV as well.
At any time during these first 90 days, employees may resign. If, during this period, employee work habits, attitude, attendance, performance, or other relevant factors do not measure up to our standards, Byerly RV may terminate employment.
At the end of the introductory period, the supervisor or manager will discuss each employee's job performance with them. During the course of the discussion, employees are encouraged to give their comments and ideas as well.
Completion of the introductory period does not guarantee continued employment for any specified period of time, nor does it require that an employee be discharged only for cause.
Completion of the introductory period also does not imply that employees now have a contract of employment with Byerly RV, other than at-will. Successful completion of the introductory period does not alter the at-will employment relationship.
A former employee rehired after a separation from Byerly RV for over one year is considered an introductory employee during their first 90 days after rehiring.
