This Privacy Policy explains how byED Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile games and related services, including but not limited to Referee Simulator 2026 and Fish Merge (collectively, the “Apps”).

A) Information you provide directly
If you contact us for support, feedback, or other inquiries, we may receive and process your email address and the content of your message in order to respond and provide support.
B) Gameplay progress stored locally on your device
Some of our Apps may store gameplay progress locally on your device.
For Fish Merge: Gameplay progress, such as level information, score-related progress, and similar gameplay data, is stored locally on your device. This gameplay progress is not transmitted to us and is not shared with third parties by us.
C) Information collected automatically through advertising and third-party services
Some of our Apps, including Referee Simulator 2026 and Fish Merge, display or may display advertisements using third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
Fish Merge may display ads using Google AdMob on both Android and iOS. These ads may include banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, rewarded interstitial ads, or similar ad formats.
For Apps that include advertising or third-party services, these services may automatically collect certain information to deliver, measure, and improve ads, including:
• Device information, such as device model, operating system version, and language
• App information, such as app version, ad interactions, and basic usage signals related to ads
• Approximate location, usually derived from IP address at country or region level
• Advertising identifiers and similar device identifiers, such as Android Advertising ID or iOS identifiers, depending on your device settings and permissions
• Diagnostics, such as crash reports and performance data related to advertising SDKs
Fish Merge does not currently include account login, cloud save, or online features.
3) Advertising
Some of our Apps use advertising services provided by Google, including Google AdMob, to show ads.
Referee Simulator 2026 and Fish Merge may display ads through Google AdMob. Fish Merge may display ads on both Android and iOS versions of the app.
Ads may include banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, rewarded interstitial ads, or similar ad formats.
Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
Personalized ads may use advertising identifiers or similar information to show ads that may be more relevant to you. Non-personalized ads are generally based on contextual information, such as the app you are using, your approximate location, or basic device information.
Where required by law, including in regions such as the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we may request your consent before showing personalized ads.

4) iOS App Tracking Transparency
On iOS, Apps that include advertising or tracking-related features may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
Fish Merge and Referee Simulator 2026 may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework if advertising features require access to identifiers such as the IDFA.
If you allow tracking, we and our advertising partners may use identifiers such as the IDFA to show more relevant ads and measure ad performance.
If you deny tracking permission, ads may still be shown, but they may be less relevant.
You can manage tracking permissions at any time in your iOS device settings.
5) How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
• Providing and maintaining our Apps
• Storing local gameplay progress on your device
• Displaying and measuring advertisements in Apps that include ads
• Preventing fraud and abuse, including ad fraud in Apps that include ads
• Debugging, crash analysis, and improving app stability where applicable
• Responding to support requests
• Complying with legal obligations
6) How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense.
For Fish Merge, locally stored gameplay progress is not transmitted to us and is not shared with third parties by us.
For Apps that include advertising or third-party services, we may share information:
• With advertising partners, such as Google AdMob, to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud
• With service providers that help us operate our Apps or respond to support requests
• If required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, our Apps, or others
7) Data Storage and Retention
Gameplay progress is generally stored locally on your device, unless we explicitly introduce online features in the future.
For Fish Merge, level information, score-related progress, and similar gameplay progress are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
Ad-related data collected by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob, is handled according to their own privacy policies and retention practices.
Support emails are kept only as long as necessary to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping purposes.
8) Your Choices and Controls
Depending on your device, operating system, and region, you may be able to:
• Delete locally stored app data by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App
• Reset or limit your advertising identifier for Apps that include advertising
• Manage ad personalization settings for Apps that include advertising
• Manage consent choices in the App where available
• Manage iOS tracking permissions through device settings
• Contact us to ask questions about your data
9) Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at byedgames@gmail.com, and we will take appropriate steps.
10) International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries where our service providers or advertising partners operate.
Where required, appropriate legal mechanisms are used for international data transfers.
11) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we make changes, we will post the updated version on our website and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
If we add analytics, cloud save, account login, online features, or other third-party services to our Apps in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and the applicable store data safety information accordingly.
