At Polytechnic Kuching Sarawak, I’m excited to share my homemade chocolate chip cookies and two delicious varieties of kek batik—chocolate and Holick. As a business studies student, I’ve managed to achieve impressive sales, with nearly 100 packs of kek batik and 60 packs of cookies sold each month. This is my first venture into selling food at the polytechnic, and the response has been overwhelming.
