✅ BWNC accepts the following Non-stretchable food packaging

✓ Frozen food packaging

✓ Salad packaging

✓ Nuts packaging

🚨 Important Notes:

⚠️ Please remove or cut off stickers and labels from the packaging before recycling
⚠️ Please keep items clean and dry; remove food crumbs and residue, and avoid heavily soiled or greasy materials

❌ Not accepted

✗ Plastic packaging containing aluminum layers or mixed paper-plastic materials

✗ Plastic inserts, packing peanuts, and packing foam

✗ Biodegradable PLA plastic

✅ If the packaging displays a recycling symbol, or if it is one of the plastic packaging bags listed below, please bring it to recycling collection bins at major retailers such as Safeway, Target, Walmart, Lowe’s, and Home Depot.

✓ Grocery bags, bread bags, and produce bags

✓ Shipping and mailer bags/envelopes (please remove paper labels)

✓ Bubble wrap and air pillows (please deflate before recycling)

✓ Plastic wrap/film from products such as toilet paper, paper towels, bottled water, and diapers

✓ Clean Ziploc bags and sandwich bags

✓ Cereal box liners

✗ Metallic, crinkly bags (e.g., standard chip bags, foil pouches)

✗ Multi-layer laminated packets (e.g., pre-packaged salad or cheese bags)

✗ Any packaging with leftover food residue, grease, or sticky adhesives

✗ Plastic inserts, packing peanuts, and packing foam

✗ Biodegradable PLA plastic
