From the data, it is evident that the employee firms in each have an unusually large amount of firms with less than 500 employees per firm rather than having more than 500 employees per firm; conveying the story that many of these employer firms are actually small businesses. Looking more into the black population of Tulsa, Oklahoma specifically -> Let's look at the Black-Owned Businesses in the area.
Looking at the percent of Black people residing in Tulsa, Oklahoma and comparing it with the percentile of business formations yields interesting results. The percentages and percentile remain constant for the almost 2 decade time period in this region. This shows that even though there is growth of business ideas and flexibility, there isn't much of a growth in terms of the percentile of these black-owned businesses or the proportion of how much of the population is Black in Tulsa, OK.
