Concessions are managed by Joint Boosters, Athletic and Music Boosters working together. Proceeds are split between the two organizations based on volunteer percentages each season. The more concession volunteers representing music/vocal/art = more funds for our programs! Example: I have two children, one child is in marching band and the other is in theater and show choir. I will volunteer at least 6 times for concessions.

Fair booth parents and students volunteer to work in the BV food booth during the Delaware County Fair to receive a percentage of the proceeds.
Holiday Craft Show held in November
Pie sales from Der Dutchman coordinated in November for delivery before Thanksgiving.
Cabaret ticketed vocal performance showcase held in Spring/April includes a silent auction and is our largest fundraiser.
Night of Jazz ticketed event held in Spring showcasing BV’s middle and high school jazz bands with special performance by the Westerville Jazz Orchestra.
Other miscellaneous fundraisers held throughout the year (raffles, dine to donate, etc.)
