Asymptomatic Group Surveillance Testing

• Asymptomatic Group Surveillance Testing -- In partnership with the Onondaga County Health Department (OCHD), the Baldwinsville Central School District is working with Quadrant Biosciences and SUNY Upstate Medical University to offer bi-weekly surveillance testing using saliva-based PCR tests. More information will be available soon. .

To register, you must follow the steps on the flier below, including completion of the COVID-19 Screening Consent Form. The consent form must be returned to the school nurse before participation in surveillance testing can begin.
