ALL GUESTS must complete & sign e-waiver to attend
This year we offer two-days of activities with an option for early arrival.
Optional Early Arrival: We have access to the main hall (Andrew's Hall) on Thursday for those who wish to arrive early, particularly helpful for out-of-town guests.
Official Start: The arena will be open all day for training, sparring, and games. Whenever you arrive, check in and start having fun. There is an optional structured fighting activity from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Main Event: Core activities and fighting are planned for 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Toga Party: After-fighting toga party to commemorate the momentus event with food, drink, and the historical games of the Lochlannalia.
Departure: Check-out is on Sunday.
We have secured the entire Camp Marshall site, providing more than enough space for everyone! View pictures of accommodations at the bottom of this page.
Cost: On-site housing is included in your single ticket price.
Types of Housing: You will be staying in traditional summer camp bunk rooms.
Not Winterized: The majority of bunks are not winterized. Think of this as early spring "glamping." Plan to bring the necessary gear to stay warm overnight. Pictures are posted at the bottom of this page.
Winterized cabins: Bunk rooms with heat will be prioritized based on individual and group needs upon registration. Priority will be given to families of young children.
Electricity: Please plan to bring battery packs for charging your devices overnight, as most bunks do not have power.
Water & Showers: Bathrooms/showers with hot water are available.
Assignment: You will be able to request housing on the registration form. We will assign bunks based on need, group size, and requests for heated/easier-access cabins.
Included: The flat ticket price covers all meals for the duration of the event (Friday dinner through Saturday dinner).
