You have selected this category because your child completed the 2019-2020 school year at Briar Vista Elementary School, and you need to complete the annual update of your student's registration documents for the 2020-2021 school year.
Please follow the steps below to update your child's registration for the 2021-2022 school year.
Please download, complete and save the packet below (for each child if multiple). Once saved, please email the completed packet to BVE.Registrar@gmail.com. In the subject line of the email please type only: Student's last name, Student's first name- Student's grade level for the 2021-2022 school year (ex. Smith, John- 4th Grade).
Email one July or August proof of residence (utility bill: gas, electric or water, NOT phone or cable; or a signed and current mortgage/lease agreement) and a copy of your valid ID (driver's license, passport, visa) to the following email address: BVE.Registrar@gmail.com. In the subject line of the email please type only: Student's last name, Student's first name- Student's grade level for the 2020-2021 school year (ex. Smith, John- 4th Grade).
*Notice: The address on your proof of residence must be in Briar Vista Elementary School's attendance zone. This will be checked for accuracy. The proof of residence must be in the parent/guardian's name or an affidavit will need to be completed. Please email the registrar directly at marian_chinn@dekalbschoolsga.org if you have questions regarding the affidavit process.
Please create/update a School Nutrition account at https://www.schoolcafe.com. Even if your child will not take advantage of the School Nutrition program, having this application on file helps Briar Vista Elementary School obtain funding. Thank you!
