General information

Who can participate?

Only DTIC PDI and PAS members can register, as well as master students enrolled in research groups and DTIC ex-members.

Teams will be of a maximum of 8 players. There is the possibility of a 9th player in case this person is going/coming for a research stay. Please contact the BV-DTIC committee in this case. 

The price of the registration per team is 24€. 

Matches will be played in a 4x4 setting. Have in mind that

• At any time during the game, there must be at least two players of different gender per team on the field, so make sure you have enough players of the appropriate gender to comply with this rule.

• If anybody new comes to your group and want to join a team, please notify this as soon as possible to the BV-DTIC committee so the new player is registered.

How do we register?

Preregister your team online before April 4th 2022 by clicking here. The BV-DTIC committee will check that all the information is correct. The formal registration (explained below) will be done on April 4th 2022.

1. Do the formal registration by:

   1. Paying the team’s fee (24€) in cash or by Bizum.

   2. Delivering the disclaimer document signed by the captain. 

2. The captain will receive a confirmation e-mail and the schedule of the games will be posted on this webpage. 

Where should we do the payments?

Remember: Cash or Bizum accepted. One payment per team (done by the captain).

Place: after the preregistration, the committee will contact the captain to give the details for payment.

Dates: pre-registration before April 4th 2022, registration on the same day (April 4th).
