If you no longer wish to use BuyX, you can request deletion of your account by contacting us using the details provided below.
To request deletion of your BuyX account:
Send an email from the email address associated with your BuyX account.
Use the subject: BuyX Account Deletion Request
Include your BuyX registered email address in the message.
We will verify the request and process the account deletion.
After your request is verified:
Your BuyX account will be deleted.
Personal information associated with your account will be removed or anonymized where applicable.
Your listings and other user-generated content associated with the account may be deleted.
Some information may be retained where required by law, for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.
