Buying Clubs are an INCREDIBLE way to build a consistent income for your family AND reward your loyal customers!
Why Run Buying Clubs?
"Did my first buying club in September, 19 people signed up and sales were over 1100.00!" - Carol
"My buying clubs have gone up and down, but they have now grown as people learn what they are and the excitement is contagious! I had $5200 in sales in January when I didn't have any parties on my calendar" - Rhonette
"I can't believe I didn't start this years ago" - Lindsay
How Do They Work?
You invite customers to participate (ideally a minimum of 10... but it can grow to LIMITLESS numbers!)
Each month you create a new party and send your Reward Club members that link to shop. As soon as that party reaches a good threshold for Host Rewards (remember, you want easily shipped items) you close it and create a new party link. Repeat!
At the end of the 3 months, you divide up ALL the host rewards among your members!
Ok, I really want to learn the Nuts & Bolts of this.
Min Vasquez (currently a Norwex Black Jacket) was the #1 seller in the USA in 2020/2021 and sold over $600k in one year, largely through using buying clubs! She generously shared all her knowledge to train our team!
Min & Lindsay did a LIVE Q&A training on our team Facebook page which you can watch by clicking the button below. You will also be able to see many of her answers in the comments section to frequently asked questions!
If you are not on Facebook, you can watch a LIVE Zoom training via YouTube.
WOW! Ok, how do I get started??
π Build excitement on your social media! IG & FB stories "Something BIG is coming"..... "BIG announcement coming" .....on your VIP group... etc!!
π Tell people what time you will be going LIVE! Share it EVERYWHERE and multiple times so people remember... we are building intrigue!Β
π Post countdowns... "30 minutes until we're LIVE" ... "15 minutes to go"... "Going LIVE in 5 minutes!"
π STAND and SMILE when you talk ....... be EXCITED! Share that this is an AMAZING way to get MORE Norwex for LESS!Β
π Ask who is with you LIVE!! "If you're joining me LIVE, comment below! If you're watching after, comment replay!"
π Offer a "First 15" Bonus - the first 15 people who join will get an EXTRA freebie! (this can be anything... a spirisponge, a counter cloth, etc)
You will ALSO want to personally invite people to join! Anyone who commented on your the LIVE video... send them a private message! (This is why you want people to comment!)
Use a Google Form to Track Your Club!
I love using a Google Form for your Buying Club! This allows people to "sign up" quickly and easily, and gives YOU all their details!
You can also use the spreadsheet from this form to track everyone's orders each month and reach out to those who haven't ordered yet.Β

Verbiage to Invite
When someone is placing an order.. offer a referral link or to add to your NEW buying club.
"Hi Lindsay, I know you β€οΈ Norwex and there is a great way to get more product for free, besides having a party, of course! It's a win-win for everyone! This is my way of showing you how much we appreciate your continued support! Check out the details on the image. You get a guarantee of at least 5 FREE products just by placing 2 more orders! SO awesome! Let me know if you want to join."
(When they say YES)
Awesome! That is so exciting!! All you need to do is click this link to join, and I will send out a reminder to let you know when I will go LIVE to do all the giveaways on my VIP page!! So you are guaranteed at least 2-3 FREE items! YAY! The response has been huge! (Insert your Google Form here if you're using one, or simply write their name down to track.)
FAQ's
I have each guest e-transfer me $10 for the shipping of their rewards and then I cover the rest. I use the pre-paid Canada Post boxes to ship to those farther away and local customers will pick-up their items.
Remember - the more people in your buying club, the more $$ you will make each month (and itβs EASY money!) so having a business expense at the end for some shipping fees is very worth it!
Remember... YOUR perspective on shipping is what will translate to your customers. Paying $7.95 each month for their product is CHEAP shipping. Itβs subsidized by Norwex to be delivered in less than a week by FedEx! (Even Amazon Prime is $120/year) ?πππ!
Yes and no! A good minimum is 10 customers, because if everyone spends the minimum of $35 each month that translates to a $350 party you can close and maximize the host rewards earned. You can have less, but you may need to supplement from your own stock to have 2-4 products for each participant.
This is YOUR club so you get to make the rules! I usually let people join in the second month if they place a $70 order, and then their final $35 order the next month. If someone wants to join in the 3rd month, I let them know my NEXT buying club is starting up soon! This keeps it fair to people who have already been a part of the club from the beginning.
The goal of a buying club is consistent monthly sales to cash in as many parties as possible. Each club member is responsible for placing one order per month for the buying club duration.Β
I like to say... the more you spend, the more you get for FREE! Everyone can get a minimum of 2-4 items, but Big Spenders can definitely be rewarded with extras on top of that! I track each members monthly orders and then tally them up at the end to see who spent the most, who spent the second-most, etc, and then add extra items down the line.
I prefer to create a Linktree for my buying club, because then I can swap out the party link as often as I want to and my club members always have the same link. (Mine is below so you can check it out) I look at each month's host rewards and close the party as soon as it reaches a threshold to earn a good host rewards package without too many big/bulky items. (Ie. if the Mop System or Large Cutting Board is in the $1000 package, I'll cash it out at the $750 mark and create a new party link)
