Background
The BBA was incorporated in July, 1872 to purchase land develop a seaside community. Platted streets were established and individual lots sold for personal residences. To this day the BBA owns the platted streets and various undeveloped lots throughout the neighborhood and provides oversight in preserving those properties to the benefit of all residents.
