• We accept online payments only (Bank, bKash, Nagad & Rocket)

• Before taking any service, please make sure you've made 100% payment of the service charges  

• Before making any payments please book an appointment & confirm first

• Usually, we do not provide any receipts, if you need one please let us know

• We will not provide any refund if the money is stuck in the payment gateway, we only provide a refund only when we received the money in our account

• If any refund request is initiated the client will receive 85% of their payment within 7 working days

• We do not accept any refunds or claims after providing the service
