Enter the light blue door in the top left of the nexus. Go left and then go up the ladder. Go up the ladder to the left again. Interact with the person on the right.
Enter the red door in the bottom left of the nexus. Go left, up, and then through the windmill door. Go forward through the ruins door. Interact with the person on the left.
Enter the dark blue door in the top right of the nexus. Go to the right. Interact one time each with the box in the top right and the box in the bottom right. Click the forward arrow that should have appeared. Click the only interact box in the room.
Equip the ghost effect in the nexus. Enter the black door in the bottom right of the nexus. Go to the left and interact with the bench. Go through the door on the left. Go to the right twice until you're in front of a building with several screens in the window. Go through the open door on the left. Click each of the interact buttons for the lasers once. Unlock the door by interacting with the teal icon above it. Interact with the door again. Interact with the person on the left.
From the nexus, go down. Interact with the fox on the left. Click "Leave now?" Interact with the door that appears.
From the nexus, go down. Interact with the fox on the left. Click "Drop off effects?" Once all 4 effects have been dropped off using the diary, click "Leave now?" Interact with the door that appears.
