With the Thames Estuary, Kent Coast line, Thorpe Bay Yacht Club and Southend Pier in view there is plenty to take in. This exceptionally large hut provides plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Placed on the beach with a private balcony and all day access. She is opposite Thorpe Bay Gardens Green and Shoebury Common, lot's of wide open spaces to enjoy!

Buttercup is easy to access. Next to the stairs onto the beach and immediately opposite the car park.

Relax on the pull out couch, watch the sunset or enjoy listening to the kids play while you soak up the sea air. Buttercup has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, games, blankets, plenty of chairs, buckets and spades, etc. We’ve thought of everything! Come enjoy the seaside and make memories!!
