This was truly not intended to turn into a small business, but sometimes small goals turn into something larger than you can imagine.  I am currently a 7th grade math teacher with a passion for baking and decorating cakes and cupcakes.  My goal was to just make the best Italian Meringue Buttercream possible to serve to my friends and family and the rest is history. I have always loved decorating cakes for my own children's birthdays and I love entertaining and cooking for others.  Seeing their smiles and hearing their enjoyment of eating something I made, fills me with joy.   The funny thing about all of this is that I am actually allergic to eggs and I have never been able to taste my own buttercream or cake. Fortunately for me, I have the most amazing taste testers to help me out.
