What a wonderful first TESI Pilot! These students from Chico High, Las Plumas High, and Hearthstone Charter rocked their IT Fundamentals Training and their Job Shadowing experiences at Lulus, Stratti, Ray Morgan, and Butte County!
What a wonderful first TESI Pilot! These students from Chico High, Las Plumas High, and Hearthstone Charter rocked their IT Fundamentals Training and their Job Shadowing experiences at Lulus, Stratti, Ray Morgan, and Butte County!
TESI resulted in at least one of our business partners committing to a more formal internship program for Butte students.
Businesses contributed over 100 hours of volunteer time toward TESI.
Students put in over 700 hours of work experience.
1 student was invited back to a business for an internship opportunity.
4 students are planning on taking the CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ industry approved certification exam.
Relationships were strengthened between high school and Butte College faculty to increase dual enrollment and articulation.
