Payment methods both physical (checks, cash) and digital (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle) are accepted. With digital methods, you are responsible for ensuring that no payment fees are taken out of the paid amount. Failing to do so might result in possible ordering delays. 

Once the parts orders have been placed, only a partial refund of 35% of the original speaker cost will be granted due to select bulk order components being nonreturnable without disrupting the other builds in the batch. 

Should any components come damaged or stop working during the testing and construction phase of the build, parts returns will be initiated at no cost to the customer. However, this will likely extend the delivery time of the build. Should anything happen, communication about any foreseeable delays will be provided to the customer. 

Should parts fail due to my own fault during construction or testing, the replacement cost will be covered by myself at no expense to the customer. Should anything happen, communication about any foreseeable delays will be provided to the customer. 

Build progress reports, parts receipts, and invoices can be supplied through the provided contact method given by the customer. This you will provide using the order form. You are responsible for making sure this information is correct before submitting. 

Should you change your mind about any component being used in the build, possible delays and extra costs might be incurred. This will not affect the time frame of the other speakers in the batch. Only your individual speaker. 

All 3D printed components used have been designed in-house by me and shall not be reproduced or redistributed.

Extreme heat and freezing temperatures can shorten the lifespan of the battery pack which is rated AT MAX for temperatures of -4°F to 122°F. Extended periods of time in these conditions can weaken not only the battery pack, but potentially other components as well. Temperatures between 45°F to 80°F will ensure a long lifetime for your Butler Boombox. Blown speakers due to frivolous volume use can be replaced, but they are not covered under warranty. So, you will be paying for the parts cost and the service cost to have it installed.
