We have been providing backyard summer swimming lessons in the Scarborough / West Rouge area for over 40 years.
Our focus is to work with young, non-swimmers, beginners up to more confident Level 7 swimmers.
We do provide lessons to adults upon request.
Nick is a Royal Life Saving Society Swim Instructor, previously a Red Cross Swim Instructor teaching swimming lessons for 12 years. He worked as an instructor for Crossley Aquatics for 6 years before running ButkovichSwim for the past 6 years.
Outside of swimming, Nick completed a 4 year degree in Sports Administration from Laurentian University, worked as an educator at Dogwood Forest and currently works for RecMedia in marketing sales. He enjoys teaching, playing volleyball, hockey and golf.
Mikaela is a Royal Life Saving Society Swim Instructor, previously a Red Cross Swim Instructor. Pre-covid she worked with Crossley Aquatics and worked with ButkovichSwim for the past few summers. Mikaela has been with us for her swimming career both as a student and an Instructor.
Outside of swimming, Mikaela attends York University for Kinesiology and Health Sciences and plans to go into teaching. She enjoys playing soccer and going out with her friends.
Nicole has been teaching swimming lesson for 35+ years. She is a Royal Life Saving Society Instructor Trainer, previously a Red Cross Instructor Trainer, as well as Partner / Pool Manager with Crossley Aquatics.
Outside of swimming, Nicole is a Teacher with the TDSB.
