Our Story

Butch'r Holl'r LLC was established in 1977 by Mike Naples Sr. with the help of his best friend John Hughes. It started as a small business in the basement of his home, and has grown into a large, family owned deer processing business. Mike passed away in 2001 and John in 2018. Mike's two sons, Chris and Michael took over Butch'r Holl'r and added a smokehouse in 2012 to expand the business. They are well known for their deer jerky and homemade Italian sausage recipes!
